The Ewings operate the SN Ranch, located in the Porcupine Hills near Claresholm, Alberta, which was the home of the first M4 Beefbooster breeder, developed by Charlie and father, Sherm Ewing.
"Our Beefbooster cattle perform the way they are designed to perform. Beefbooster is the only company that selects bulls on those measurable traits. There's no eyballing, no guessing. There is still a lot of people who select bulls on what they look like. That's changed in other livestock industries, but not in the beef industry."
